Kenny Dubin

Mr. Dubin graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1986 and immediately started working for a large public accounting firm. There he passed and obtained his CPA license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. From there, he moved to the largest national accounting recruiting firm from 1988 to 1993 where he was recognized as a leading producer. In the fall of 1993, he started a temporary accounting firm that ran successfully until 1998. That year Kenny formed The Dubin Group to provide administrative, accounting, and human resources temporary, direct hire, and temp to hire placement services. Kenny has continued to be a top producer for permanent accounting and administrative placements in the Delaware Valley.

Kenny has two boys and enjoys spending time with his family on the beach at the Jersey Shore. After almost two decades in the recruiting business, he still loves the recruiting process and the ability to help companies and candidates finding the right fit in their career paths. Kenny is also involved in numerous local charities.

Kelly DeFinis
Senior Recruitment and Resource Planning Executive

Kelly graduated from Clark University in Worcester MA in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. Kelly started her career with The Dubin Group in 2002-2005 as a Recruiter for the Temporary Division. In 2009, she returned to the Dubin Group to manage the Temporary Recruitment Staff. In 2011, Kelly had her first of 2 daughters, and then returned to The Dubin Group as the Director of Operations, assisting the VP and Owner manage daily corporate operations and recruitment. Kelly is an active member of SHRM and is on the Philadelphia Chapter Committee.

In her spare time she loves to run and enjoys watching sports - especially the Georgia Bulldogs and the Philadelphia Phillies!! Kelly's work for the community also extends beyond her job as she annually raises money for organ transplants through the Donor Dash, and has volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House.

Erica Otto
Vice President of Operations

After graduating from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Business, a desire to start her career both helping others and becoming a business woman, led Erica into the staffing industry. Her love of the profession and commitment to growing her company, took Erica to the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where she received her Masters of Science in Organizational Development & Leadership. Since then, she has spent nine years in the recruiting industry, seven of which have been spent leading The Dubin Group. Erica successfully began The Dubin Group’s Temporary Division in 2001 and has been promoted over the years to obtain the position of Vice President of Operations. She is an active alumni of PCOM and volunteers her time as a consultant to many of the professionals in the field through learning and research projects.

Erica also has a passion for philanthropy and activism. She currently participates and volunteers in the "Adopt a Family for the Holidays" program, the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Alzheimer's Association. Last year, she served as a Committee Chair for the Annual Alzheimer’s Chocolate Symphony event, which proved to be a huge success. Furthermore, her true love and knowledge of her profession motivates her to volunteer at various colleges and resource organizations to assist students and job seekers with resume writing, interviewing skills and marketing themselves to obtain their dream job. Erica is well known for putting her heart into her work and her candidate and client base will gladly attest to her devotion.

Melissa Wilson
Director, Marketing/ Social Media

After attending Germantown Academy and the University of Michigan, Melissa spent over a decade with the Philadelphia Flyers and Philadelphia Phantoms hockey teams in Fan Development. Soon after, she began her career with The Dubin Group in Bala Cynwyd, making the transition to the Center City office when the company moved in 2006, and then back to Bala in 2010. After three years of recruiting for the temporary division, she now manages in the company's marketing, social media and corporate communications aspects. In addition to participation in The Dubin Group's charity efforts, Melissa has done volunteer work in her free time with Simon’s Fund and the Flyers Wives’ Fight for Lives charities. Her daughter Hannah is the light of her life!

Jonathan Chesley

After graduating with a B.A. in Psychology from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 2012, Jon, a former college baseball player, moved to the Philadelphia area to start a life of his own.  Jon began his professional career working as a successful account executive  for a nationwide IT hardware distribution company. Finding this line of work unfulfilling,  Jon changed careers and is now a recruiter for the Dubin Group. 

In his spare time Jon plays basketball, skateboards, and is reworking his old standup comedy routine.  Born and raised in New York he is very passionate about his hometown sports teams; the Mets, Jets, Islanders, and Knicks (making the move to  Philly a difficult adjustment).   He also enjoys spending time with his cat Dexter, his girlfriend, and his friends from both Philadelphia and New York.

Alexis DiNicola
Recruiting/Human Resource Assistant

Ally has been The Dubin Group’s Human Resources assistant since 2015. She handles payroll, employment verifications, compliance tasks, and much more! Ally entered the professional world the very next day after graduating from Kutztown University in 2014, and has been in the workforce ever since.

Ally has actually been a member of the #DubinFamily longer than it appears – she was a Dubin candidate that was placed in a Temp-to-Hire administrative position with one of our clients! After about a year, Ally decided Human Resources was the path she was interested in, and eventually her journey lead her back to TDG. Ally’s goal is to go as far as she can in the Human Resources world, and with her competitiveness, nothing will stop this girl!

In her free time, Ally enjoys hanging with her friends & family, going to the beach, power shopping and drinking iced coffee by the boatload.
